AlgoKing is an educational algorithmic trading simulation platform. It does NOT execute real trades in financial markets. All trading activity is simulated for learning purposes only.

2. No Investment Advice

AlgoKing does not provide investment, financial, or trading advice. The platform is designed purely for educational purposes. Users must conduct their own research and consult professional advisors before making any investment decisions.

3. License Grant

Upon purchase, you receive a non-transferable, personal, educational license to use AlgoKing software. The license is valid for the tier purchased and grants access to the specified number of algorithms.

4. Device Activation & Locking Policy

By activating your AlgoKing license, you acknowledge and agree to the permanent device locking policy described below. This policy is strictly enforced without exceptions.

Permanent Device Locking Rules

  • ❌ Upon first activation, your license is permanently bound to the specific hardware of that device.
  • ❌ License cannot be transferred, moved, or reassigned to any other device under any circumstances.
  • ❌ Device changes due to loss, theft, damage, upgrade, or sale will require purchase of a new license.
  • ❌ Hardware changes (motherboard, CPU replacement) that alter the device's hardware fingerprint will invalidate the license on that device.
  • ✅ Software reinstallation or factory reset on the same hardware will continue to work normally.

No Exceptions Policy

FINOCRED FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED maintains a strict no-exceptions policy regarding device transfers. This policy is essential to prevent license abuse and maintain fair pricing for all customers. Support staff are not authorized to make exceptions to this policy under any circumstances.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Share your license key with unauthorized users
  • Reverse engineer or modify the software
  • Use the platform for illegal activities
  • Resell or redistribute AlgoKing software

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

AlgoKing is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that algorithms will be profitable or that the platform will be error-free. Past simulated performance does not guarantee future results.

7. Limitation of Liability

FINOCRED FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or consequences arising from the use of AlgoKing. Users assume all risks associated with trading decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlgoKing/FINOCRED FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the preceding 12 months. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AlgoKing and FINOCRED FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or reliance on simulated results for real trading decisions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.
