Upon purchase, you receive a non-transferable, personal, educational license to use AlgoKing software. The license is valid for the tier purchased and grants access to the specified number of algorithms.

FINOCRED FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED maintains a strict no-exceptions policy regarding device transfers. This policy is essential to prevent license abuse and maintain fair pricing for all customers. Support staff are not authorized to make exceptions to this policy under any circumstances.

AlgoKing is currently in a pre-launch phase. While licenses are available for purchase and activate immediately granting access to the algorithm library, learning content, and dashboard, certain features — including live broker connectivity, real-time simulation, and backtesting — are under active development and are expected to be available by July 2026. This timeline is tentative and subject to change. FINOCRED FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED does not guarantee any specific launch date for individual features. Purchasing a license during the pre-launch phase constitutes acceptance of this timeline uncertainty. Refund eligibility as described in our Refund Policy remains unaffected by the pre-launch status.
AlgoKing connects to your broker's API through the Desktop Engine running on your computer. By using AlgoKing with a connected broker, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
All broker API calls originate from the Desktop Engine on your local computer using your own broker credentials. AlgoKing servers never make API calls to your broker and never store your broker credentials. Your API key and session tokens remain exclusively on your device.
Simulate: Fetches live price quotes from your broker at approximately 1 quote per 3 seconds per active simulation session. Maximum 5 concurrent sessions permitted.
Backtest: Fetches historical OHLCV candle data from your broker in a single batch request. A typical 3-month backtest retrieves approximately 3,000–6,000 data points in one API call.
Market Heatmap: Fetches live quotes for up to 50 stocks sequentially from your broker. Auto-refreshes every 5 minutes during market hours (Mon–Fri, 9:15 AM – 3:30 PM IST) only.
Algo Studio: Fetches live price data for the selected instrument at approximately 1 quote per 3 seconds while the editor is open and a broker is connected.
Each broker imposes its own API rate limits and fair-use policies. AlgoKing is designed to operate within typical broker rate limits. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring your usage of AlgoKing does not violate your broker's terms of service or API usage policies. FINOCRED FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED is not responsible for any account restrictions, suspensions, or penalties imposed by your broker due to API usage.
Market data fetched through your broker's API is processed locally on your computer by the Desktop Engine. AlgoKing servers receive only algorithm signals (BUY/SELL/HOLD) and aggregated performance metrics — never raw market data or your broker credentials. Simulation results and trade history are stored on AlgoKing servers for your reporting and analytics features.
AlgoKing is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any broker. Broker names and logos are used solely to indicate technical compatibility. Your relationship with your broker is governed by your broker's own terms of service. FINOCRED FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED makes no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of any broker's API services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlgoKing/FINOCRED FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the preceding 12 months. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AlgoKing and FINOCRED FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or reliance on simulated results for real trading decisions.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.
By using AlgoKing, you acknowledge that: (a) trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss; (b) you are solely responsible for any real trading decisions you make; (c) simulated results may not reflect real market conditions; and (d) you have the financial capacity to bear potential losses from real trading activities you may undertake independently.
