Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

• You request the refund within 7 days of purchase
• You provide your order ID and registered email address
• The software has a technical issue that we cannot resolve
• The product does not match the description on our website

Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will NOT be provided if:

• More than 7 days have passed since your purchase
• You've violated our Terms of Service
• You're requesting a refund due to market losses (this is an educational simulation platform)
• You've shared your license key with unauthorized users

How to Request a Refund

License Deactivation

Upon processing your refund, your AlgoKing license will be immediately deactivated, and you will no longer have access to the software or any associated services.
