3. License Grant

Upon purchase, you receive a non-transferable, personal, educational license to use AlgoKing software. The license is valid for the tier purchased and grants access to the specified number of algorithms.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Share your license key with unauthorized users
• Reverse engineer or modify the software
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Resell or redistribute AlgoKing software

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

AlgoKing is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that algorithms will be profitable or that the platform will be error-free. Past simulated performance does not guarantee future results.

6. Limitation of Liability

FINOCRED FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or consequences arising from the use of AlgoKing. Users assume all risks associated with trading decisions.
